    • Required Information:
    • Partner Name and Reseller Name.
    • End Customer Name.
    • Deal Details (e.g., number of agents, expected close date, and current stage).
  2. Lead Qualification: Ensure the lead is qualified, including scheduling a demo and verifying key customer needs.
  3. Track and Update: Receive a ticket number for every lead to track its status and progress.
